Asad Ba-Yunus, is a criminal prosecutor for the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office. He completed his law degree at the American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. in May 2000. Asad was married on June 17, 2001, to his beloved wife, Nadia Amin. (2003)

Leslie graduated in the Spring of 1980, and moved to Atlanta in the Spring of 1981 to get her Master's degree (in Biology) from Georgia State University. She married Jeff Hect ('80) on September 11, 1982 back on Long Island. She then relocated to California.

Leslie received her Ph.D. from U.C. Riverside (in Molecular and Cellular Biology).

After moving to Illinois, she moved on from Biology, and is now working as an Academic Advisor in the Department of
Teaching and Learning at NIU. She also has continued teaching first aid and CPR for the Department of Kinesiology and Physical Education at NIU.

In March of 1998 Leslie gave birth to their one (and only) child -- Rachel
